Power testing and gearbox

Hi.
Will the 4.17 ratio gearbox give false Power Readings? Or doesn't the gearbox ratio affect the measurement?

Thanks. The 2.nd gear is identical 2.022 so 4,167 to original end ratio 3.947 is about 5.6%.

I suppose the easy way is to reduce the tyre size by 5,6% in the powertest info. 8-)
